Paris, France. – The Peruvian company COCOA Q’APAY, dedicated to the commercialization and export of coffee, cacao, and its derivatives, actively participated in the renowned international event Salon du Chocolat Paris 2025, considered the most important gathering in the world for the cacao and chocolate industry.

From the French capital, the company’s manager shared his experience after being part of this prominent international showcase that annually brings together producers, chocolatiers, chefs, importers, and industry specialists from different continents.

“Participating in the Salon du Chocolat has been an extraordinary experience. This event brings together the main players in the global cacao chain and allows us to show the world the enormous wealth that Peru has in high-quality cacao and coffee,” noted the manager of COCOA Q’APAY.

The event, held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition center in Paris, gathered hundreds of international exhibitors and thousands of visitors interested in learning about market trends, tasting single-origin chocolates, and establishing commercial alliances.

During the fair, COCOA Q’APAY’s representatives held meetings with buyers, distributors, and industry specialists who showed a marked interest in fine aroma cacao and Peruvian coffee—products increasingly valued in European markets for their quality, genetic diversity, and sustainable origin. As a result of these efforts, preliminary agreements were reached that will secure new direct export lines for the upcoming agricultural campaigns.

“Peruvian cacao is recognized for its unique aromatic profile, while our high-altitude coffee possesses characteristics that position it among the most appreciated in the world. In this event, we confirmed that there is a growing international demand for products with traceability, origin, and sustainability—aspects that are part of our company's commitment,” highlighted the manager.

The Salon du Chocolat is a key platform for strengthening the presence of producing countries like Peru in the global market. During the fair, tastings, exhibitions, culinary demonstrations, specialized conferences, and business rounds are held to promote commercial and cultural exchange around cacao.

For COCOA Q’APAY, participating in this international encounter represents a significant step in its expansion strategy and the positioning of Peruvian products abroad.

“Our presence here not only represents our company but also the Peruvian producers who work day by day cultivating high-quality cacao and coffee. We want the world to continue discovering Peru's potential as a source of exceptional products,” he concluded.

With this participation, COCOA Q’APAY reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting Peruvian cacao and coffee in international markets, strengthening the productive chain and bringing the flavor of Peru to the world’s main stages.
